Step 1
If you do not yet have an Operto Teams account, sign up below and work through the setup screens.
Step 2
In Operto Teams, navigate to Account (your initials icon in the upper right) to retrieve your Operto Teams Account ID
Step 3
Email support@webrezpro.com with your Operto Teams Account ID from Step 2 and request the VRScheduler CRM Interface Setup. If you have more than 5 properties, please also request a spreadsheet that includes: WebResPro Unit Number, Property Name, and Address.
Step 4
In Operto Teams, navigate to Setup --> Properties.
Use the Actions button and choose Add New to add a new property.
For each new property, enter the WebResPro unit number in the bookings area.
If you have more than 5 properties, email the spreadsheet to help-teams@operto.com and we will import it for you.
If you are currently using Operto Teams and switching to WebRezPro from another property management system, follow the below steps

Master Calendar Review
With both feeds active, the new bookings should exactly match the old. The Master Calendar will allow you to easily review for import errors.
Step 6
New Task updating
The new bookings created new tasks. Use the Scheduling Calendar to schedule the new tasks and upate any notes - to match the old tasks schedules and notes.
Step 7
If your old property management software used an API connection, deactivate the old connection in
Setup -> System Settings and then you will need to
make unnecessary Bookings InActive. The easiest way to do this is on the
Bookings page.
IMPORTANT
Check your Master Calendar for accurate properties and bookings.
